Emmett \| PATRICK O'BRIEN* This is Patrick O’Brien’s Iowa debut. He is a first-year theatre and creative writing major.
Shelly \| ELIZABETH NIGG* Elizabeth is a sophomore, majoring in Theatre and Education Studies + Human Relations. This will be her second show at Iowa, having performed in Marie Antoinette last Fall. She wants to thank her fellow castmates and production team for their dedication to this work—and you, for supporting live theatre.
Matthew \| CARDEN GREEN* Carden Green (Matthew) is a first-year undergrad majoring in Screenwriting and Theatre Arts. He’s incredibly excited to be working with the cast and crew of Growing Backwards and hopes you enjoy the show
Laura \| ROXY GLAVE* Roxy Glave is a second-year screenwriting and theater arts major. She performed last semester in another student workshop called “The (T-)Re(x)formation”. In the past she’s been in other shows such as “Reflections” (April), “Into the Woods” and "American Rusałki” (Esther). She’s so happy and grateful to be a part of this show and would like to thank the cast and crew who put so much time and effort into it. She hopes you enjoy it as much as she loves being in it!
Gary \| GRACE TROELSTRUP* Grace Troelstrup, a first-year student at the University of Iowa who is studying Business and Theatre Arts, and is so excited to be in her second production of her collegiate life. She is so thankful for everyone around her who has helped her get to where she is today!
Ensemble \| NICKY LOSASSO* Nicky is a Freshman here at the University of Iowa. He is a double major in Cinema and Theater Arts with a minor in History. He was involved in Uh-Oh during his first semester and it was an amazing experience. He is thankful for his parents, his friends and everyone involved in this production. Enjoy the Show!
Ensemble \| JACOB MILLER* Jacob Miller is a sophomore at the University of Iowa studying Theatre Arts and Creative Writing. This is his first production with the university. He is excited for the opportunity and to share this show with everyone.
Ensemble \| CALEB SCHINDERLING* Caleb Schinderling is a junior at the University of Iowa. He is majoring in Cinema and Sport Media and Culture with a minor in Music. Grown Backwards is his first production at the university. He is incredibly thankful for the support from his family and his girlfriend, Caroline, through the production.
Ensemble \| CHARLIE THOMAS* Charlie Thomas is a junior Applied Physics student at the University. Charlie has worked on multiple productions before, and last year he played Holt in "Home Is Where the TV Is", Thomas in "American Rusałki", and was in the cast of "All Machines of Loving Grace." He is thankful for anyone coming to see him, but above all, he'd like to thank Richard Nixon for his historic absurdity.
Ensemble \| AMELIA YODER* Amelia Yoder is a freshman double-majoring in English and Creative Writing and Theatre Arts. This is her first production at the University of Iowa. She would like to thank every person who encouraged her to keep acting.
