Beth | KATE ANDERSON Kate Anderson is a third-year undergraduate student from Minneapolis studying theatre arts, anthropology, and Arabic. While at the University of Iowa she has appeared in Love and Information, Three Sisters, The People Before the Park by Keith Josef Adkins, and Wild, Wonderful by SP O’Brien. |
Jessa | ALEXI BOLDEN Alexi Bolden is a fourth-year student at the University of Iowa. At the university, she has been in The Crucible, Pastoral Play, The Wolves, and Essential Workers: A Portrait. She has also been involved in the Ten-Minute Play Festival and Iowa New Play Festival. She is majoring in theatre arts and minoring in African American studies and enjoys long walks in the park. |
Persephone | CHEYENNE HARFIELD Cheyenne Hartfield is a senior at the University of Iowa working on a major in English and creative writing, with a minor in theatre arts. Most recently, she was in the UI production of Generation Candyland: A Fable. When she’s not acting, she enjoys writing, painting and hanging out with her cat. |
Elias | BEN HOGOBOOM Ben Hogoboom graduated from Pomona College in 2019. He has performed in Lena Passes By (written by Amanda L. Andrei) at the USC New Works Festival, The Two Noble Kinsmen at the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey SPTP, and Remnants (written by Emma Silverman) at Pomona College. Ben double majored in computer science and theatre and is currently living in Los Angeles. Ben enjoys Shakespeare, fantasy novels, and playing with his two cats. |
Plutus/Family Friend | DRAKE KAPOOR Drake Kapoor is a third-year student at the University of Iowa, originally from California. This is Drake's first workshop production at Iowa. Drake is studying English and creative writing and in his free time enjoys watching movies. |
RB | LILY WOODARD Lily Woodard is in her first year of college at the University of Iowa. She's a theatre arts and art major. She started theatre in 7th grade and was involved in the IHSSA, grades 10th-12th. She enjoys both plays and musicals, supporting roles to leading roles. For IHSSA, Lily went to All-State seven times. Improv was her favorite event, where she portrayed many different characters. She looks forward to continuing her theatre journey here at the university. |
Stage Directions | ALEXIS VASELOPULOS Alexis Vaselopulos is a senior studying theatre arts and psychology at the University of Iowa and is very excited for this show! Past credits include Outside, The Serpent Under’t, and A Plant at UI. In her free time, she enjoys reading, music, and outdoor adventures. She is very thankful for her time at Iowa and wants to thank Nina, Emma, the cast, her professors, family, and friends for their support during this experience.
