Playwright | EMILY KAUFMAN-BELL**

Emily is a second year MFA playwright in the University of Iowa’s Playwrights Workshop. She is originally from Davidson, North Carolina and got her undergraduate degree from Bard College. She is excited to see Earthus Terminus come to life on the stage and especially excited for her parents to see it! Her play, Terminal, was done as a reading at the New Play Festival last semester. Emily loves writing plays and is grateful to be able to spend time workshopping new works.

Director | KAYLA ADAMS**

Kayla is an MFA Directing candidate at the University of Iowa. She holds a degree in Theatre Arts from Western Washington University. She is currently an ensemble member at The Artistic Home Theatre in Chicago, IL where she also teaches in their Meisner acting studio. 

Stage Manager | REESE MORGAN

Reese Morgan is a recent graduate from the University of Iowa theatre arts and journalism & mass communication programs. She has spent her time post-graduation working as a freelance theatre artist in the area. Her recent productions as a lighting designer include Legally Blonde & Newsies Jr. with Waterloo Community/Blackhawk Children’s Theatre, and It’s a Wonderful Life: A Radio Play with Riverside Theatre. As a stage manager, Reese has recently worked on Herein Lies the Truth and The Trip to Bountiful at Riverside Theatre, and acted as both Stage Manager and Lighting Designer for Black Women Walking with seek first entertainment. Reese currently works at Hancher Auditorium and the University of Iowa in the Theatre Arts Props Department. She is excited to be back and working with the university, and is very thankful for the mentorship and support from Melissa Turner and Maggie McClellan.

Lowden Flower (he/him/his) is thrilled to be part of the Earthus Terminus team! Lowden is a first year Lighting Design MFA student at the University of Iowa and is proud to be working on Earthus Terminus as his first design in Iowa City. Lowden is originally from Westchester, New York and graduated with a BFA in Theatre Design/Tech in 2025 from the University at Buffalo. Lowden has designed lights for theatre, dance, and live music in the Buffalo, NY area and is excited to start his career in Iowa City! Lowden would like to thank the Earthus Terminus team, his family, and his girlfriend back in New York for all their support. Thank you for supporting UIowa Theatre Arts! 

Costume Designer | RO KIVETT*

Ro Kivett is a fourth-year theatre arts major, focusing on acting, comedy studies, and costume design. This is Ro’s 12th production at the university, and her second time serving as a costume designer. Some previous credits include Candy Delaney (& Tell
