Playwright | GWEN DOCTER** Gwen Docter is a first-year MFA candidate in the Iowa Playwrights Workshop. She holds degrees in Playwriting and Deaf Studies from Columbia College Chicago. She has a particular interest in Deaf representation, liminality, and sister plays, since, as all the coolest people are, she is a twin. Gwen recently took up crocheting as a hobby, and while crocheting some heart-shaped coasters, she remembered to mention that her work has been seen at places such as Actor’s Express in Atlanta, Chicago Dramatists, and Columbia College Chicago.
