Michele Payne Hinz just loves getting onstage and being someone else for a while: Second Player, Marjorie Prime, Ethel Thayer, Joan, Nat, Helene, Shelve, and now honest, complicated Assine. She offers her thanks to Olivia for creating Assine; to Olivia and Natalie for seeing Assine in her; to the talented and generous ensemble who helped her get here; and to her husband who makes her happy no matter who she is.

Kathleen Marie Guerrero is a first-year MFA actor at the University of Iowa. Born and raised in Crystal City, Texas, Kathleen quickly found her passion for the arts through singing, dancing, and of course acting. Kathleen attended The University of Texas at Austin and received her BA in theatre and business. Select credits include La Ruta, This Is Life, and much more. Kathleen would like to thank her friends and family for all their love and support.

Dajzane Meadows-Sanderlin


Dajzané Meadows-Sanderlin is a first year MFA acting student. Previous productions she has been a part of are A Raisin in the Sun and The Visit. She is beyond excited to be a part of this production! She would like to thank her amazing director, playwright, stage manager, and cast, as well as her family and friends for their love and support.

Drake Kapoor is a senior at the University of Iowa originally from San Francisco, California. Drake studies English and creative writing at Iowa, while also being involved with the theatre department. In his free time, Drake enjoys hanging out with friends and watching movies. He would like to thank his family and friends for supporting him.
