Playwright | AMANDA KEATING

Amanda (she/her) is a playwright and translator from Western Mass. Her plays include WITH FELLOWSHIP (EST/Sloan Commission, Student Jane Chambers Winner, O'Neill Finalist), the fog comes on little cat feet (KCACTF David Mark Cohen Award, Dreamwell Theatre), TEACH/TEACH (Playwrights Realm Finalist, Leah Ryan Honorable Mention), RETREAT (Ensemble Studio Theatre, Two Headed Rep), OF SOLITUDE (Neukom Award Finalist, Martha's Vineyard Playhouse), HOW CAN I KEEP FROM SINGING (University of Iowa), GO THAT WAY (O’Neill Semifinalist, Williams College Summer Theatre Lab), THE MARTYRDOM (Two Headed Rep), and adaptations of TARTUFFE and MISS JULIE (Two Headed Rep). She is a former member of EST/Youngblood and her short plays have been produced by The Williamstown Theatre Festival, Ensemble Studio Theatre, and Rule of 7x7. Ann Kreitman

Director | ANN KREITMAN

Ann is a third-year MFA Candidate in Directing. Ann has presented work in Chicago, New York City, and Philadelphia. She is an associate member of the Stage Directors and Choreographer's Society and formerly served as the Co-Artistic Director of (re)discover theatre. Her portfolio can be seen at annkreitman.com. This work is dedicated to our high school selves and how hard they worked to get here.

Ryan is a third-year undergraduate student from Chicago majoring in Theatre Arts and American Studies. This is their first-time designing costumes and set for a production, and they are excited to be working with this production team!

Demi Kendros is a senior graduating with a B.A. in Theatre Arts and a Certificate in Creative Writing. During their time at Iowa, they have written, acted, directed, crewed, and designed for an array of new plays. They are over the moon to be working on this wonderful play with their friends. After graduation, they plan to take a long nap, then pursue a career in standup comedy and [insert day job here]. Stage Manager | MATHEW KIER*

Mathew Kier is a second-year undergrad studying Stage Management, Cinema, and Screenwriting. This is his 5th production at the university. Some of Mathew's credits are being the assistant stage manager for The Bacchae, A Tragedy in One Act as well as the stage manager for this year’s 10-Minute Play Festival.

Dramaturg | MARGO SKORNIA

Margo Skornia (she/her/hers) is a dramaturg, writer, and critic. She has presented research at the Literary Managers and Dramaturgs of the Americas conference and the Assignment Design Institute at the University of Iowa. Her recent critical writing includes A Different Sort of Misery and What’s the Devil Been Up To? She has an upcoming review of Theatre of the Macabre in Theater History Studies. www.margoskornia.com

Alysun Shamburg is in her final semester at the University of Iowa studying Theatre, Film, and Linguistics. She couldn't be more excited to serve as Assistant Director. She would like to thank Ann for this amazing opportunity, the cast for their excitement and hard work, and everyone else - with a special shoutout to our lovely stage managers - who have made this show what it is.

Assistant Stage Manager | NAT PAYAN*

Nat Payan (he/they) is a third-year Theatre Arts student at the University of Iowa. While BOOTH is his first time dabbling in the art of stage management, he has previously worked on a variety of shows in the department including Braided Sorrow, Ugly Lies The Bone, The Lazaretto, and CO/OP. Nat has loved every single second of this amazing process and he feels so thankful to be a part of it. He’d like to thank their cast and crew for everything they've done to make this show happen. Also, a special thanks to Melissa Turner for dealing with all his questions and supporting him throughout this process.
