Friendly Stranger | ASHA KELLER

Asha Keller is a recent graduate of the University of Iowa’s Biology and Theatre Arts departments and is thrilled to be back in this piece. Some pieces you may have seen her in at the University of Iowa include BLKS (2022), Men On Boats (2023), West Illinois Glass House (2024), In The Red and Brown Water (2024), and most recently for colored girls who have considered suicide; when the rainbow is enuf (2024). Asha would like to thank her friends and family for their continuous support, and her cast, creative team, and crew for their collaboration and sense of play. 

Jerome/Tobias/Child | KYLEN PHILLIPS*

Kylen Phillips is a third-year theatre and screenwriting arts student here at the University of Iowa. He is an actor, playwright, poet, screenwriter, and has interest in directing. Death surrogates is a show he is very excited to perform in because of the dystopian themes. 

Francis Fog | SOPHIA POLKING*

Sophia Polking is a second-year undergraduate student at the University of Iowa. She is double majoring in social justice and health studies on the premedical track and minoring in theatre arts and chemistry. Isaiah Mark Owens is an actor currently pursuing an MFA in Acting at the University of Iowa.  His more recent acting credits include Dutchman, Elder’s Speak, and Flashes.

E'mma Fatima Camara is in her last semester here at Iowa and is very excited about this show! You might have seen E'mma in last year's production of In the Red and Brown Water as Shun. 

Ray | STEPHANIE DECKER*

Stephanie Decker is a first-year student at the University of Iowa, double majoring in Human Physiology and Theatre Arts. This is her first production here at the University, and she could not be more excited. She would like to thank her family and friends for always supporting her. She hopes you enjoy the show!
