Jess | ALLISON SASS*

Allison Sass is a graduating senior from Oswego, IL, double majoring in Theatre Arts and Cinema. At UIowa, Allison serves as the President of the Theatre Arts Student Representatives and has previously performed as Martha in The Children’s Hour, Ready in England’s Splendid Daughters, and Laika in Smile Medicine. Allison is grateful for such a meaningful show to be her last at Iowa and would truly like to thank all who have served. For Mom, Dad, & Taylor.

Kacie | KATIE GUCIK

Katie Gucik is a second-year MFA actor at the University of Iowa. She was most recently seen as Lily Mortar in The Children’s Hour, in the Iowa New Play Festival production of It’s Like Riding A Bike, in the Iowa Director’s Festival production of Small Hours, and on the Mabie Stage as Marcia in Our Lady of 121st Street. Other recent credits include Crazy for You (Patricia Fodor) with San Diego Musical Theater and Lend Me A Tenor the Musical (Young Maria) at the Pacific Conservatory Theatre. She holds a degree in theatre and music from Ohio University. Big thank you to this cast, creative team, and to you… for supporting live theatre!

Stevie | MICHAEL TAYLOR

Michael Taylor is a second-year MFA Acting candidate here at the University of Iowa. He received his BA in Speech Communication and Theatre from Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi. This is Michael's 3rd show at UI, after previously starring in Gwenevere last spring and The Bacchae in the fall. After graduate school, he plans to further his acting career doing more theatre, and eventually transitioning into film. He wants to thank everyone who made this production possible, as well as his family and close friends.

Kelvin | KOLTON STREMLER*

Kolton Stremler is a third-year undergraduate student majoring in Theatre Arts at the University of Iowa. Recently, Kolton has been seen in String, How Can I Keep From Singing, and Ascend. When he's not in productions, Kolton enjoys writing stand-up comedy and voice acting, which he plans to pursue after graduation. Kolton would like to thank his family and friends for their continual support as well as the UI Theatre faculty for all the discoveries he's made with them.

Mom/Voice | SUSAN CHAMBERS

Recently retired, Susan returns to the UI stage after many years. Her debut at Iowa occurred during the Tony Kushner Summer Rep season in 1995. Mary Beth Easley directed, A Bright Room Called Day, in which Susan played Die Alte. Before Iowa and in between, life happened. Susan has worked as an acting teacher, a director and a full-time academic advisor. She is delighted to work with Mary Beth again and grateful for being gently coaxed back to the stage.
