Ojemba | MICHAEL TAYLOR

Michael Taylor is a third-year MFA Acting candidate here at the University of Iowa. He received his BA in Speech Communication and Theatre from Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi. This is Michael's fourth show at UI, after previously starring in Ugly Lies The Bone last spring and The Bacchae last fall. After graduate school, he plans to further his acting career by doing more theatre, and eventually transitioning into film. He wants to thank everyone who made this production possible, as well as his family and close friends.  

Oriaku | DAJZANÉ MEADOWS-SANDERLIN

Dajzané Meadows- Sanderlin is a third-year MFA actor at the University of Iowa! Dajzané received her B.A. in Theater with a concentration in Acting from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Her most recent productions include the Iowa New Play Festival production of Lil G: A Gatsby Remix, Braided Sorrow, The Bacchae: A Tragedy in One Act (from Kneehigh Theatre), BLKS, Gwenevere and Three to Five Days. Dajzané would like to thank everyone involved in this production and you for showing your support tonight! 

Ndaa Okenta | ISAAC ADDAI

Isaac Addai is a Ghanaian-American Actor raised in Inland Empire, California. He has previously appeared in Macbeth, The Bacchae, Henry V, and BLKS. His other recent artistic endeavors include his work to create a solo devised show, thanks to his procurement of the Stanley Research Fellowship Award, along with his musical album titled "AGYEMAN," released in the spring of this year. 

Ifenkili | OLIVIA FOSTER

Olivia Foster is a third-year MFA actor at the University of Iowa. She attended Kennesaw State University and received a BA in Theater and Performance Studies with a Concentration in Acting. Some of her recent productions include Twelfth Night and Fefu and Her Friends at Riverside Theatre, as well as The Children's Hour, BLKS and Macbeth here at the university. Olivia would like to thank her parents for all of their love and support through the years!

Kylen Phillips is a second-year theatre and screenwriting arts major.  He has been in productions like The Little Mermaid, Macbeth, Lil G: A Great Gatsby remix, and many more! He is excited to be in Brother-Brother because the team of people hold space for each other and are willing to learn! 

Singer/Chorus | MEDHA SAGGURTI*

Medha Saggurti is a freshman at the University of Iowa, coming all the way from Sunnyvale, California. She has been involved in theatre for over 10 years and is so excited to be continuing her journey here. Some of her favorite shows that she has been a part of are Oedipus Rex, Little Shop of Horrors, and The Wizard of Oz. She hopes you enjoy the show! 

First Woman/Chorus | MIYA SWENSON*

Miya Swenson is a first-year student at the University of Iowa. She is majoring in Asian languages & literature and translation. She has always loved being a part of the theatre community and is very excited to be a part of her first collegiate play. 

Second Woman/Chorus | ALYSSA SANTOLERI*

This is Alyssa Santoleri's first production with the University of Iowa, and she is so excited to be a part of Brother-Brother. As a Creative Writing Major, she's always loved theatre. From playing Ernestina in Hello, Dolly! to Romeo in Romeo and Juliet, she absolutely loves every opportunity to perform and is so excited for whatever comes next!
