Sarah is a third-year MFA Directing candidate and is delighted to have this exploration be her final directing project at Iowa!  Previous work at UIowa includes The Bacchae, Stars and Stones (NPF), small hours (Iowa Director’s Festival), HOW CAN I KEEP FROM SINGING, The Job, and Effective. Deep gratitude to all collaborators on this project, the support of the department, the pierogi skills of Bob, and project mascot, Tipsy. 

Christopher Lysik

Playwright | CHRISTOPHER LYSIK

Christopher Lysik is a playwright & musician from Rhode Island. He has developed or presented work with Fresh Ground Pepper, Powerhouse Theater, Williamstown Theatre Festival, KCACTF, and Rhode Island Youth Theater, among others. He is a proud member of the Dramatists Guild and an even prouder cancer survivor. This one’s for Papa.

Jackson Kopesky is a fourth-year undergraduate studying Theatre Arts and Computer Science. His thanks go to Cosette, whose faith in him never wavered.

Scenic Designer | CHLOE COBB

Chloe is a first-year designer in the graduate program and was thrilled to play the role of scenic designer for Pierogi Play. In their time at the University of Iowa so far, Chloe has been assistant to scenic designer Kaelen Novak for The Bacchae and scenic designer for the gallery Mother:Knife. Upcoming projects include scenic design for the mainstage production Ugly Lies the Bone
