Marla \| KERI EASTRIDGE Keri Eastridge is an MFA acting candidate and is grateful to do this reading before she departs. Last spring she was in her first radio play called Quantum Paradox as 4F4B and Hit the Wall as Madeline. Favorite credits: Tracey in Sweat, Writer in All She Must Possess (Rep Stage), Claire in Proof, Harriet in Mail Order Bride, Heather Clark in Gidion's Knot, and Louise in Voracious (UMBC Department of Theatre). BFA in Acting: University of Maryland Baltimore County.
Nima \| JIVANI RODRIGUEZ Jivani Rodriguez is a fourth-year theatre arts major with an emphasis in ccting and playwriting. This year she's been working behind the scenes as a playwright for her workshop foreclosure and a director for the workshop Sirens of the Field. Previous acting credits include MERRILY (Wilbur Wright) and Bell at the Back of Her Throat (Polly). She's so excited to be part of Iowa New Play Festival once again!
Father \| ETHAN GRAHAM ROEDER Ethan Graham Roeder is a theatre maker currently based in Knoxville, TN. BA + MSIS, UTK. Sara \| SYDNEY KUHEL Sydney Kuhel is a fourth-year at the University of Iowa majoring in theatre arts. She’s been in multiple shows at the university such as The Crudible (Mary Warren), The Wolves (#2), and Marat’s Dead (Char Corday). They’re looking forward to jumping back into theatre after a short break and hopes you enjoy!
Elijah \| NEIL SMITHSON Neil Smithson is a freshman from Ankeny, Iowa; he is a theatre arts major on the musical theatre track, and is minoring in cinema. Last February, he participated in Emma Silverman’s new work, Generation Candyland: A Fable, as part of the university’s gallery series. Neil would like to thank the wonderful university staff and his theatre department peers for providing a space full of inspiring people and insightful educators.
Audrey \| KATIE REDDEN Katie Redden is a current sophomore in the theatre department on the acting track. She was last seen in Ten-Minute Play Festival and Palanquin. Katie also recently stage managed the show Outside. She is excited for this amazing opportunity in Still Life and would like to thank her number one fan Luna Lovegood Redden, her phenomenal support hamster.
